The new Nikon D7000 has about everything: amazing low-light performance, 6 frames per second shooting, over 16 megapixels, ISO range of 100 to 6400, (can extrapolate to 25,600), 1080p HD 24 fps video, external microphone inputs, on and on and on and on. All for $1199. Wow.

But how does this camera stack up? I compared the specifications of this camera to the recent D2x, the world-leader in professional DSLR photography...and found some interesting things to say the least...

Who can resist an invitation to remix a song? Well, I can, but decided to have fun with this one. The idea and community aspects of the concept were interesting.

Here is one early rough example of the Nine Inch Nails remix - I may post more of my mixes as time allows me to dig them up.

On a Side Note...

I am in the middle of creating a new Ambient CD. Some of you know about the earlier work I did in the generative space. The new project includes artists from around the globe and has been a lot of fun thusfar. Three tracks are finished already. I have a working title but nothing concrete yet - maybe it would make for a good contest or something.
